Seminole High School in Sanford, Florida, had never won a baseball state championship. So, when the team finally reached the top for the first time last season, the joy was overwhelming for the players and the coaches.
On the joyous bus ride home from claiming the title, head coach Kenne Brown gave an emotional, 25-second, 42-word speech. It was inspiring and heartfelt and filled with inappropriate words. Here’s what he said.
“We got this [bleepity-bleeper] right here!” he said while holding up the state championship trophy. “Nobody else has it! It’s [bleeping] ours! You showed up! You [bleeping] played the game; you played it right; you never [bleeping] panicked!"
Brown then praised his star pitcher, saying Charlie McDaniel pitched a shutout despite dealing with “Type 1 [bleeping] diabetes!”

That video led to the firing of Brown.
