John Garcia Jr. of SI All-American Football has seen just about everything in the world of high school recruiting. But even he was surprised earlier this week when Korey Foreman, perhaps the No. 1 recruit in the country, de-committed from Clemson.
Because of the Tigers' recruiting philosophy they have been practically immune from the de-commitments that other programs regularly experience.
Now, Foreman, a defensive lineman from California, could end up in the SEC. Alabama is one of the schools in hot pursuit.
