Isiah Thomas needs to Tighten Up and accept that he's no Michael Jordan

Threaded Fasteners Tighten Up

Isiah Thomas was not as good a basketball player as Michael Jordan. Everybody knows that – except maybe Isiah Thomas.

The feud that has been rekindled by the airing of the docuseries “The Last Dance” continues to heat up. The latest episode includes an interview that Thomas granted to CBS Sports last week in which he ranked Jordan as the fourth-best player he faced in the NBA behind Kareem Abdul-Jabbbar, Larry Bird and Magic Johnson. Considering he once said that Bird would be just another good player if he weren’t white, I’m not sure we can take those rankings to heart.

Thomas went on to claim that Jordan’s greatness should be diminished because he didn’t dominate the 80s the way he dominated the 90s.

Thomas needs to Tighten Up and realize that’s he’s losing this war of words just like his championship run was vanquished by the greatest to ever play the game.

For Threaded Fasteners, I’m Randy Kennedy with Tighten Up.
