St. Paul's football coach Steve Mask is as eager as anyone to get back to work with his players. But the Saints plan to wait until June 8 to return to workouts at the school, a week after the Alabama High School Athletic Association is allowing schools to begin preparations for the season.
Mask joined me on Inside High School Sports Wednesday. He explained that St. Paul's already had a schedule in place when the return date was set for June 8. He said the school will stick with that schedule based on plans already in place for coaches, players and their families.
