The Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo will take place just as scheduled on July 15-17. But some changes are necessarily because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The most obvious changes will be that the Liars' Contest and the band have been canceled. Cory Quint, president of the ADSFR, said that doesn't mean fans can't be present for the weigh-ins on Dauphin Island. "We just won't have events that will encourage large groups of people to congregate," Quint said.
