St. Paul's senior Javonte Graves-Billups has committed to play football at Army.
The versatile Graves-Billups has been productive at wide receiver, running back, defensive back and punt returner for the Saints.
He will lead the Saints into a new region in Class 5A this season. The Saints start the season ranked third in the state.
