Skip Bayless was the second most unprofessional host on the FS1 show “Undisputed” on Monday. That breaks a streak of however many times Bayless has appeared on a TV show before.
Bayless was merely a cheerleader as his co-host, Shannon Sharpe, called Julio Jones live on the show without informing Jones that the call was being broadcast. Sharpe asked Jones if he wouldn’t to play for the Cowboys or if he was going back to the Falcons. Jones responded, “Oh man, no, I’m outta there, man.” He then went on to say he didn’t want to play for the Cowboys because he "wanted to win.”
This behavior by Sharpe was despicable. If it turns out that Jones was in on this act, which would be shocking to learn, then he too is to blame.
Regardless, Sharpe should face major repercussions. He needs to Tighten Up and get a clue about journalistic integrity.
