Threaded Fasteners Tighten Up: Former successful transfer too hypocritical

Scott Frost was a great quarterback at Nebraska. He was also a pretty good quarterback at Stanford before that.

Because of those two facts, the current Nebraska head coach is probably not the person who needs to be delivering the message about the ills of college football players transferring.

Frost said last week that some departing players are “getting bad advice.” Frost went on to say that not every player is going to have a new spot awaiting him at a program like Alabama or Nebraska.

Frost is probably the only person who’s going to be placing Alabama and Nebraska on the same level.

But besides that, he doesn’t have any high ground to stand on after successfully using the transfer option himself.

Frost needs to Tighten Up and realize that he’s going to be better served trying to get Nebraska to a point where the program can be compared to Alabama by someone other than himself.

For Threaded Fasteners I’m Randy Kennedy with Tighten Up.
