Threaded Fasteners Tighten Up: Florida State struggling early

Florida State is 1-1 this season. That is, one good loss and one bad loss.

First was the good loss against Notre Dame that many fans treated like a win. There was the great comeback story of quarterback McKenzie Milton, who helped the Seminoles to force overtime against a team ranked in the top 10.

Then there was the debacle that was Saturday’s loss to Jacksonville State. Make no mistake, this is not a great team by Jax State standards. They lost 31-0 to UAB to open the season. But they were good enough to beat an FSU program that is all but dead.

I’m not sure what the solution is, but the Seminoles need to Tighten Up. There’s no reason for the Seminoles to be headed for a fifth straight season with at least six losses every year.

For Threaded Fasteners, I’m Randy Kennedy with Tighten Up.
