Threaded Fasteners Tighten Up: Tide struggling from 3-point range

The Alabama basketball team cannot shoot. For a team that relies on the 3-poimt shot as heavily as the Tide, that’s a major problem.

Alabama lost to No. 5 Kentucky 66-55 Saturday while making only 3 of 30 3-pointers. That an 11-point loss while shooting 10 percent from deep.

If Alabama had simply managed to make 23 percent (still a horrible percentage), the Tide would have won by one point.

To make matters worse, the shooting woes make driving the lane even more difficult as defenses gather near the rim.

Alabama is still solidly in the NCAA Tournament field. But they need to Tighten Up their shooting or else this slide is going to continue.
